Warranty Policy | Ava Reform

Every Ava Reformer includes a baseline warranty at no extra cost. For customers who want longer peace of mind, we offer two optional upgrade tiers. This policy explains what's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

Coverage at a Glance

What's Covered

All three coverage levels protect against:

• Structural defects in the frame or rail system under normal home use

• Mechanical failure of springs, pulleys, wheels, and the carriage system, when not caused by misuse.

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery.

• Upholstery and padding defects splitting, delamination, or premature wear not caused by external damage.

The 1 Year Extra Warranty simply extends this same coverage for a second year, at no reduction in protection.

The Lifetime Warranty provides this same coverage for as long as the original purchaser owns the reformer, with no expiration date. It also includes:

• One-time free replacement of wear-prone components (such as ropes, pulleys, or foam padding) once during the life of the warranty, if they fail under normal use outside of what's considered typical wear and tear.

• Priority claims processing, with expedited support response times.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for warranty coverage:

• The reformer must be purchased directly from Ava Reform. There are NO authorized retailers or third parties.

• The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable, unless Ava Reform approves a transfer in writing (for example, in the case of a verified gift)

• The 1 Year Extra Warranty and Lifetime Warranty must be purchased at the time of your original order  to be added to your coverage.

• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for any claim.

• The reformer must have been assembled and used according to the instructions provided, including staying within the 500 lb weight capacity.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our support team via email with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem.

2. Our team will review your claim, typically within 2-3 business days, and may ask follow-up questions to diagnose the issue.

3. If approved, we'll arrange the appropriate resolution:

• A replacement part, shipped to you at no cost, for issues that can be resolved with a component swap

• A full unit replacement, if the defect affects the frame or structural integrity and can't be resolved with parts.

• Repair guidance or a technician referral, for issues that can be resolved without replacement.

Approved claims under warranty are handled at no cost to you, including shipping for replacement parts or units.

What's Not Covered

The following are excluded from all warranty tiers, regardless of coverage level:

• Normal wear and tear, including gradual fading, minor scuffing, or expected softening of padding over time (outside the Lifetime Warranty's one-time component replacement)

• Damage from misuse, including exceeding the 500 lb weight capacity, using the reformer outdoors or in excessive humidity, or using it for purposes other than its intended exercise use

• Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs, including disassembly by anyone other than Ava Reform or an approved technician

• Damage from accidents, improper storage, or transport after delivery, including damage from moving the reformer between locations

• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect the function of the reformer

• Commercial or studio use: this warranty covers personal, in-home use only; commercial or multi-user settings require a separate commercial warranty

• Loss or theft of the unit or its components

Duration and Effective Dates

• Included warranty: begins on the date of delivery and runs for 1 year

• 1 Year Extra Warranty: extends coverage to 2 years total from the date of delivery

• Lifetime Warranty: begins on the date of delivery and continues for as long as the original purchaser owns the reformer, subject to the eligibility terms above.

Warranty upgrades purchased after delivery take effect immediately upon confirmation and are calculated from the original delivery date, not the upgrade purchase date.
