Shipping & Delivery

Yes. The Ava Reform reformer is dispatched directly from our own inventory, allowing our team to manage quality control, order processing, and customer support from start to finish.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Transit time is usually around 7 days in total. You can track your order anytime through your Ava Reform account or your shipping confirmation email.
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage in the future.
The full boxed reformer weighs approximately 200 lbs. We recommend planning for extra help when receiving the box, especially if you live in an apartment, condo, or on an upper floor.
Standard delivery does not include inside-home delivery. The box is heavy, so we recommend having someone available to help when your order arrives. A white glove delivery option may be available in select areas at an additional cost.
Standard delivery does not include carrying the reformer to a second floor or higher. This service is only available if you select and pay for white glove delivery, when that option is available in your area.
Returns & Refunds
5 questionsYou may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. A return authorization must be approved before sending any product back.
Contact us at info@avareform.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Return shipping costs are covered by Ava Reform LLC for eligible defective or incorrect item returns. If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, you may return it and place a new order separately.
Cancellations
3 questionsYes — orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. Contact us immediately at info@avareform.com to request a cancellation.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If eligible, you may follow our return process after the item is delivered.
Order modifications — such as address changes — may be requested within a few hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing. Contact us as soon as possible at info@avareform.com.
Warranty
5 questionsYes. Every Ava Reform reformer is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty:
- Frame: 1 year
- Mechanical components: 1 year
- Upholstery & accessories: 3 months
Warranty coverage begins on the original delivery date and applies to the original purchaser only.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use. This includes defective parts and, where applicable, replacement of defective components at Ava Reform's discretion.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper assembly or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from accidents, negligence, or acts of nature
Contact us at info@avareform.com with your proof of purchase and clear photo or video documentation of the issue. Our team will review your claim and respond promptly.
No. The Ava Reform warranty applies to home use only. Use outside of this scope may void the warranty coverage.
