Order Processing

We take great care in preparing your order. Please allow 6–12 hours for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. You can track your order anytime through your Ava Reform account or by checking the shipping confirmation email.

Returns and Exchanges

At Ava Reform, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

●    Returns can be initiated online through your Ava Reform account or by contacting our Customer Service team.
●    Items purchased online can also be returned or exchanged in-store (where available).
●    Products must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original receipt.
●    Refunds are issued to your original payment method, including purchases made via PayPal.

Return Shipping Fees. When They Apply
Return shipping fees apply in the following situations:
The item is being returned due to change of mind, preference, or you no longer want the product.

The item does not fit or is the wrong size or color, but was shipped as ordered and is not defective.

Returns of large fitness equipment that are not defective (for example, you no longer want the item or it does not fit your space).

In these cases:

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The original shipping costs (if any) are non‑refundable.
