Shipping Policy | Ava Reform

1. Order Processing

We take great care in preparing your order. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, we'll update your order status and send you a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as the carrier picks it up.

2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes 7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. You can track your order anytime through your Ava Reform account or by checking your shipping confirmation email.

3. Customer Support

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM Eastern Time, via WhatsApp and email. Reach out anytime with questions about your order, delivery, or setup.

4. Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions outlined in our Cancellations and Return Policy.

5. Return Shipping Fees: When They Apply

Return shipping fees apply in the following situations:

  • The item is being returned due to a change of mind, preference, or you no longer want the product

  • The item does not fit your space, but was shipped as ordered and is not defective

  • Returns of large fitness equipment that are not defective (for example, you no longer want the item or it does not fit your space)

In these cases:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • The original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

6. Return Shipping Fees: When They Do Not Apply

Ava Reform covers return shipping costs in the following situations:

  • You received a defective or damaged item

  • You received the wrong product compared to what you ordered

  • There was a shipping error on our side (for example, missing items or incorrect quantities)

In these cases:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent solution

  • You will receive a full refund for the item once the return is processed, and where applicable, we may also refund the original shipping cost
