This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Ava Reform LLC (“Ava Reform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Returns Overview

Due to the nature of large fitness equipment, we do not offer open or no-questions-asked returns. All returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

After Shipment

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. If eligible, they must follow the return process described below.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • All original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included
  • A return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
  • Return authorization must be approved before sending any product back

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or assembled equipment
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear
  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products returned without original packaging

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 15 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo and/or video documentation of:
  • The product damage or defect
  • The original packaging and shipping materials

Once verified, Ava Reform LLC may, at its discretion:

  • Provide replacement parts
  • Replace the product
  • Issue a partial or full refund

Damage caused after delivery or due to improper assembly is not covered.

6. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Ava Reform LLC
  • A restocking fee of may apply
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

7. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: up to 7 business days after inspection
  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, the original item must be returned and a new order placed separately.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Ava Reform LLC directly prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Denial of future service
  • Suspension of warranty coverage
  • Account restrictions

10. Policy Changes

Ava Reform LLC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
